In 2003, he opened his first pizzeria, 7 Ponti, in Carobbio degli Angeli, later relocating to Cenate Sopra in 2016, both in the province of Bergamo. His passion for bread-making and savory leavened products defines his cooking philosophy, which he describes as “madness, a perfectly tailored suit.”

After closing his pizzeria, Alessio embarked on a new professional adventure with the Da Vittorio family, known for their culinary excellence. In 2022, he became responsible for developing gourmet pizzas and leavened products for their various ventures, including the DaV pop-up restaurant at Cantalupa in Brusaporto.

This collaboration, which builds on shared experiences, aims to strengthen DaV’s position in the gastronomic world.

Alessio’s dedication to continuous improvement and his desire to express his identity through pizza make his work a true reflection of his character. For him, pizza is not just food; it is a way of life.
