Originally from Sardinia, he has spent over 23 years in Bratislava, Slovakia, building a career as a dedicated pizzaiolo rooted in Italian culinary tradition. Throughout his journey, he has blended traditional Sardinian and Italian techniques with local influences,  continuously refining his craft while adapting to evolving tastes.
