
Fellipe Zanuto was born and raised in Mooca, a traditional neighborhood located in the eastern part of São Paulo, Brazil, known for its strong Italian influence.

He graduated in Gastronomy from Anhembi Morumbi University in 2007 and holds a postgraduate degree from Le Cordon Bleu Australia in Business in Food & Beverage. He worked at renowned restaurants such as D.O.M. and KAÁ in São Paulo, as well as Quay Side Brasserie in Sydney, Australia.
In 2011, he founded A Pizza da Mooca, his first venture as owner and head chef. In 2016, he opened Hospedaria, a restaurant focused on immigrant cuisine, also in Mooca.
In 2017, he launched Da Mooca Pizza Shop, introducing the first Roman-style pizzeria in São Paulo. In 2020, he opened the second unit of A Pizza da Mooca, this time in the Pinheiros neighborhood. As one of the pioneers in offering Neapolitan-style pizza in São Paulo, A Pizza da Mooca has been collecting awards since its opening.
In 2024, Fellipe was named the best Brazilian pizzaiolo, reaching 42nd place in The Best Pizza Awards worldwide ranking. In 2021, he added another pizza-focused venture to his portfolio: Onestta, a São Paulo-based pizzeria located in the very house where he was born, in the Mooca neighborhood.
