
Born and raised in Salerno, near Naples, Italy, Floriana’s greatest passion is cooking, inspired by the rich traditions and simple flavors of her hometown.

At 21, she opened her first pizzeria/restaurant in Salerno, marking the beginning of her career as a pizzaiola. Her challenging apprenticeship fueled her determination to learn and reach her goals.
Floriana has shared her recipes, expertise, and achievements with chefs around the world, including London, Kerala, and Dubai, where she lived and worked for six years as a pizza consultant for a major local food distributor.
In 2020, Floriana embarked on a new adventure, relocating with her family to Las Vegas to launch her first Italian pizzeria on wheels—the only one operated by a World Pizza Champion. Today, she is the owner and head chef at Signora Pizza.
In addition to running her pizzeria, Floriana continues her work as an international pizza consultant and has been a judge at the World Champion Pizza Maker competition at Pizza Expo Las Vegas since 2016.
