With more than 3.000 students in only 2 years, actually teaches more than 25 classes per month in Santiago de Chile and from 2025, in more than 5 countries in Latin America. She also does a lot of private pizza dinners of five-course italian dinners. Born in Chile from an Italian family. Her nonnos from the northern Italy and her nonna from the South. Certified as a pizza maker by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
With extensive training in bakery and pastry making, Roman pizza, and fresh pasta, she received the award in Naples in 2023 for best representation of authentic Neapolitan pizza in Latin America. And in 2024, she received the award from renowned world chefs, as one of the top 100 pizza chefs in the world, the only nominee and selection from Chile.
