Interestingly, Matheus did not start his career as a pizzaiolo but as an entrepreneur. Having spent much of his life in Rio de Janeiro, he moved to São Paulo with a vision: to open a pizzeria that would stand out. After studying the local scene, he realized there was a lack of truly authentic Neapolitan pizza in the city. This gap inspired him to pursue his dream.

His passion for food and pizza motivated him to launch QT Pizza Bar, where he blends his love for pizza with an affinity for cocktails.
