Initially, he pursued this course simply to find a job, but his natural talent for cooking quickly emerged. After honing his skills in several pizzerias in Naples and under the guidance of expert masters, Cutraro’s exceptional talent began to shine.

His passion and energy caught the attention of many, leading him to travel the world. At 18, he moved to the United States, working first in New Jersey and then in New York, where he refined his craft.

A sense of homesickness brought him back to Italy before another move took him to Malta, where he met his wife, Sarah.

Cutraro’s journey continued in Lausanne, where he spent six years, and then Paris, where he became the executive chef for the Big Mamma chain. In 2019, he opened Da Peppe Pizza e Cucina Italiana in Paris. Despite the global health crisis, he continued to innovate, eventually establishing his presence on the iconic Champs-Élysées.
