
Takeru Jo, born in 1973 in Sapporo, Japan, is a renowned pizza chef and the owner of Pizza Strada in Tokyo. After starting his career in real estate, he shifted paths at age 30 to pursue his passion for food, beginning in a bakery where he mastered both Japanese and Western sweets.
