Coming from a family steeped in hospitality—their grandfather ran a parrilla, and their mother Susana still manages the dining room—Carola and Victoria grew up surrounded by wood fire and warm tables. While Carola initially pursued a career in fashion retail, the two began experimenting with dough in a backyard oven in 2018, sparking a shared obsession that would soon define their culinary careers.
Ti Amo opened in December 2019, offering contemporary Neapolitan-style pizzas baked at 440 °C for 90 seconds, featuring high-quality Argentine produce like local fior di latte and San Marzano-style tomatoes.
