With no family tradition behind him, he opened his first takeaway pizzeria at just 18 in the village of Tuoro. That venture evolved into Casa Vitiello, but the turning point came in 2022 with the launch of Cambia-Menti in San Leucio, a historic village near Caserta. More than a pizzeria, Cambia-Menti is a statement: a sustainable, ethical, and forward-thinking project born from a radical shift in lifestyle and purpose.

Environmental impact guides every choice—from the in-house vegetable garden for toppings, to reduced plastic use, energy-efficient ovens, and traceable flours from eco-conscious producers. But sustainability doesn’t stop there.

Vitiello promotes a fair workplace too, employing a young team (all under 30) with fair wages and well-structured shifts.

His mission? To make great pizza that respects both people and the planet. With a strong focus on plant-based ingredients, gluten-free options, and a deep respect for local produce, Vitiello is redefining what it means to run a modern pizzeria—with conscience and creativity.
