His culinary journey began early—at just 14, he left school to fully dedicate himself to the kitchen, driven by a deep passion for flavour, dough, and innovation.

In 2023, he opened Alterego, a project that reflects his personal and modern vision of pizza. Far from traditional pizzerias, Alterego offers a tasting menu where each slice becomes a refined dish, with attention to textures, presentation, and high-quality ingredients.

One of his standout creations is a liquid version of the “Quattro Stagioni,” born from a heartfelt gesture for his brother, showcasing his emotional connection to food.

Davide’s approach has garnered widespread attention for its originality and depth. In 2024, his work earned him a place in The Best Pizza list by The Best Chef Awards, recognising his role in pushing the boundaries of contemporary pizza. Today, Davide continues to innovate and inspire the future of pizza-making.
