In 2023, he opened Alterego, a project that reflects his personal and modern vision of pizza. Far from traditional pizzerias, Alterego offers a tasting menu where each slice becomes a refined dish, with attention to textures, presentation, and high-quality ingredients.

One of his standout creations is a liquid version of the “Quattro Stagioni,” born from a heartfelt gesture for his brother, showcasing his emotional connection to food.

Davide’s approach has garnered widespread attention for its originality and depth. In 2024, his work earned him a place in The Best Pizza list by The Best Chef Awards, recognising his role in pushing the boundaries of contemporary pizza.
