Born and raised in the vibrant Sanità district, Isabella began her journey in the pizza world at just 16, working in renowned pizzerias like Oliva and Masardona.

There, she developed her skills by closely observing veteran pizza makers, eventually mastering the art of creating light, digestible dough through high hydration and long fermentation techniques.

In 2018, Isabella opened her own pizzeria, Isabella De Cham Pizza Fritta, in her home neighbourhood. Her pizzas blend tradition and creativity, using high-quality local ingredients and unique toppings that elevate the classic fried pizza. Her establishment quickly became a standout in Naples, appreciated for its refined execution and modern take on heritage flavours.

A passionate advocate for women in the culinary industry, Isabella proudly leads a predominantly female team. She was honoured with The Best Fried Pizza Award at The Best Pizza Awards in 2023 and 2024, and continues to inspire with her dedication to craft, innovation, and social impact.
