In 2014, he founded Pizzería La Clásica, a groundbreaking concept and the first of its kind in Latin America. La Clásica is renowned for offering a diverse range of pizza styles under one roof—including Roman, Teglia Romana, Napoletana, Detroit, and Classic—each crafted with precision and authenticity.
Driven by a commitment to quality and a vision to elevate pizza culture in his country, Chef Cárcamo now owns and operates three successful restaurants in El Salvador, becoming a reference point for artisanal pizza in the region.
