With a foundation in French culinary techniques, he honed his skills in esteemed establishments such as D.O.M. under Alex Atala, Eau with Pascal Valero, and Taillevent in Paris. His culinary journey led him to Rio de Janeiro, where he served as sous-chef at Fasano Al Mare under Luca Gozzani.

In Rio, Siqueira co-founded Ella Pizzaria, the city’s first Neapolitan-style pizzeria, alongside his friend and actor Marcello Novaes. Pedro Siqueira has been operating a new restaurant called Sìsì Pizzaria since 2025.

His contributions to the culinary world were internationally acknowledged when he ranked 79th in The Best Pizza Awards in 2024.
