
She began her journey as a baker pizzaiola in her hometown, learning the art of traditional pizza from some of the best in the business, including the teams at Pizzeria Da Michele Condurro and Franco Pepe. Inspired by their dedication and love for simplicity, Roberta embraced a philosophy rooted in authenticity.
Her talent and ambition soon took her beyond Italy. After working in Paris, she moved to Hong Kong in 2018, where she continued her journey alongside Franco Pepe at Kytaly. There, they received international praise for serving some of the best pizza in the world.
Today, Chef Roberta leads the kitchens at Motorino and FALCONE in Hong Kong. She specializes in neo-Neapolitan pizza, combining the timeless techniques of her heritage with a modern, creative twist.
